Alexander Anderson is a partner in Hughes Hubbard’s Tax group, where his practice includes domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and spin-offs, securities offerings, financing transactions, financial restructuring transactions, aviation and equipment finance, financial products, investment funds and cross-border investment structuring.  Mr. Anderson is recognized by Chambers USA and The Legal 500 United States as a leading tax lawyer.
