• International Corporate Finance, advising financial institutions in corporate and structured finance transactions, including syndicated and credit enhanced loan facilities, acquisition financings, trade finance transactions, restructurings, derivative products, and general corporate and commercial practice for multinational corporations and international financial institutions with particular focus on Brazil and other Latin American countries.
