• Corporate commercial law, concentrating on mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and restructuring/reorganization transactions for listed and non-listed companies.
• Employment law, including individual and collective issues, concentrating on litigation, consultation, and assisting with reorganization and/or redundancy plans.
• Real Estate, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, securitization, guaranteed loans, and investments, both in France and overseas.
