• Creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and corporate reorganization: Mr. Lubell advises in every major aspect of bankruptcy and financial restructuring, including asset sales, plan negotiations and complex bankruptcy court litigation.  His practice includes representation of debtors, creditors and investors in Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings and other proceedings.
