Ken’s practice includes the full range of U.S. international trade actions, such as antidumping and countervailing duty, safeguards, market access, Section 301, customs, and GSP investigations. He also advises clients on related antitrust, tax (transfer pricing), FCPA, intellectual property, export controls, and international arbitration considerations in consultation with Hughes Hubbard & Reed’s experts in these related fields.
