Mr. Clines is a partner in the products liability group of Hughes Hubbard & Reed. He handles a broad range of complex civil and criminal litigation, including products liability defense, securities litigation, white collar crime and commercial litigation. He is an accomplished and recognized legal strategist and brief writer who, over a 20-year career, has devised and drafted scores of written submissions to state and federal court, the SEC and FINRA. Mr. Clines has represented major U.S. and international manufacturers, banks, and accounting firms, among other clients. He currently heads the legal team in the defense of a multi-defendant products liability class action in West Virginia state court.
