Meaghan Gragg

Associate

Meaghan Gragg is a litigation associate in the Firm’s New York office.  Her practice focuses on complex disputes, both in court and before arbitral tribunals.  Ms. Gragg has worked with international clients on cross-border disputes, and has extensive experience in the liquidation of brokerage firms.  She also has experience in conducting and advising clients on internal investigations.  Before joining the Firm, Ms. Gragg served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ursula Ungaro, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Florida.

  • Representation of the Trustee for the SIPA liquidation of Lehman Brothers Inc. in numerous litigations to benefit the brokerage firm’s public customers and creditors, including in the successful defense of an employee bonus claim before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
