  • Represented subsidiaries of bwin.party digital entertainment, the world’s largest listed online gaming company, in an arbitration for alleged breach of contract and fraud relating to the purchase of the World Poker Tour.
  • Representation of Lorillard Tobacco Company in smoking and health litigation throughout the country, including acting as regional coordinator for thousands of cases in Florida.
  • Supervised significant information collection, review and production efforts in mass tort context, including acting as lead liaison with IT professionals and outside database vendor.
  • Representation of major pharmaceutical manufacturer in individual personal injury litigations throughout the nation and international class action involving popular prescription drugs.
