With recent changes in the law, we have added lawyers with substantial experience in criminal law gained through working in the most prominent prosecutorial offices in the country. Hughes Hubbard’s experience in conducting internal investigations includes civil and criminal investigations into alleged accounting abuses of corporate expense accounts and gift and travel policies in a wide range of industries. We also have vast experience in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters stretching back 30 years.
