William L. Allinder

Partner

William L. Allinder is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He specializes in defending major product liability litigation. He has extensive experience in complex litigation in state and federal courts, including individual claims, class actions and other mass tort proceedings. He has served as national coordinating counsel for different companies in various types of industry-liability claims, including tobacco, alcohol and silica litigation. He has special experience in complex case management, extensive pretrial discovery, state-of-the-art litigation support systems, coordination of multiple defense firms, issues relating to attorney-client privilege, and work product and trade secret protection.
