Associate

Alex Hess’s practice comprises a range of international trade matters.  Her principal focus is on antidumping and countervailing duty investigations before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission, as well as appeals before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  Additionally, Ms. Hess has been involved in other international trade matters such as customs disputes and NAFTA related proceedings.
