A. In addition to actively recruiting at law schools with large minority enrollments, we are inaugural sponsors of the NYC Minority Hiring Goals. Q. How is the Firm managed?
A. The managing partner and an elected fifteen-member Executive Committee are responsible for overall Firm Management with the participation of various operating committees (e.g., Personnel, Recruiting, Practice Development) and the partnership as a whole.
Q. How do associates participate in the management and governance of Hughes Hubbard?
A. The Firm has an elected Associates Advisory Committee that meets regularly with the co-chairs of the Firm's Personnel Committee to discuss a wide variety of issues affecting associate life. In addition, other Firm committees, including our Diversity Committee and Recruiting Teams, have fully participating associate members.
