Mr. Fickes represents sponsors, issuers, lessors, lenders, initial purchasers, arrangers, export credit agencies, private equity investors, and airlines in connection with financing transactions in the U.S. and around the globe. His experience includes sale-leaseback transactions, export credit agency financings, aircraft portfolio securitizations, syndicated credit facilities, and various restructurings.
