Alejo R.S. Cabranes is an associate in Hughes Hubbard & Reed’s Litigation department. Alejo previously worked as a summer associate at Hughes Hubbard, where he assisted in the representation and defense of corporate and individual clients in complex product liability, commercial litigation, and in criminal and regulatory investigations. Prior to attending law school, Alejo gained experience on an academic fellowship abroad at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, where he studied the privatization of Slovenia’s banking sector, as well as at a major financial consulting firm where he provided regulatory compliance advice to clients.
