Andrea Ruiz is an associate in Hughes Hubbard’s Miami office. Andrea’s practice focuses on finance and corporate transactions, investment treaty arbitrations and disputes, and general corporate and commercial matters, in all cases with a focus on Latin America.
Before she came to Hughes Hubbard, Andrea participated in The Criminal and Juvenile Justice Clinic at the University of Chicago Law School. Prior to law school, Andrea served as a Teach for America corps member in Miami, Florida.
