Benjamin Z. Ferziger is an associate in the New York Office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed and is a member of the firm’s Corporate group. His practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Benjamin worked in the corporate department of a leading law firm in Tel Aviv, Israel, where he represented technology companies and investors in venture capital transactions and general corporate matters.
Benjamin also advises on a pro bono basis artists and not-for-profit educational entities on formation and corporate governance.

4.75% and 4.9% senior notes. The underwriting group included BofA Securities,

Representation of Cartamundi Group, a global manufacturer of playing cards and board games, in its acquisition of the United States Playing Card Company from Newell Brands
