Brett Collings is an associate in Hughes Hubbard & Reed’s Litigation department. His practice currently focuses on defending pharmaceutical clients in complex and multidistrict litigation. In addition to his work defending pharmaceutical clients, Brett has spent considerable time defending Big Four accounting firms in civil suits and representing both Big Four firms and their partners in regulatory investigations and administrative proceedings. Brett has also participated in internal investigations for both financial institutions and pharmaceutical companies.
