Christopher J. Fickes is counsel in the Washington, DC, office and is a member of the firm's Corporate and Equipment Finance group with a focus on commercial aircraft finance. Chris represents operating lessors, borrowers, lenders, initial purchasers, arrangers, export credit agencies, private equity investors and airlines in connection with financing transactions in the U.S. and around the globe. His experience includes negotiating and documenting purchase and sale agreements, sale-leaseback transactions, export credit agency financings, term loans, commercial paper conduit loans, aircraft portfolio securitizations, syndicated credit facilities and various restructurings.
