David Adler is an associate in Hughes Hubbard’s corporate department.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, David worked in the corporate department of various leading law firms in Tel Aviv, Israel where he gained extensive experience in negotiating complex investment deals and M&A transactions, as well as all manner of commercial agreements. David also engaged in the formation and ongoing representation of technology companies and venture capital funds.
