Elena Lindejoined the Paris office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed in 2015. She is admitted to practice in France and Spain.
Elena is part of the Anti-Corruption & Internal Investigations team, responsible for designing anti-corruption policies and programs, performing compliance audits, internal investigations and due diligence reviews on business partners around the world in the context of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Elena worked in the Banking and Finance department of the firm Ramón y Cajal in Madrid. She advised on European Union and Spanish banking and anti-money laundering legislation, working in parallel on project finance transactions.
