Elsa Malaty joined the Paris office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed in 2014. Elsa is part of the Intellectual Property team and works on all areas of intellectual property law with a focus on trademark, copyright, patent litigation, anti-piracy and customs enforcement. Her transactional work includes contract drafting and negotiation in the same areas.
Elsa’s practice covers data protection and information technology. Within the framework of her data protection and information technology work, she has developed a particular expertise in data protection and IT governance with a focus on compliance audits and international transmission of personal data.
