Elsa Malaty joined the Paris office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed in 2014.
Elsa is part of the Intellectual Property team and works on intellectual property law—patents, trademarks, copyrights and related rights, designs, trade dress—and unfair competition, internet, technology, e-commerce and data protection law.
Her practice focuses on intellectual property transaction, pre-litigation and litigation matters, as well as customs interventions. Within the framework of here data protection work, she has developed a particular expertise in compliance audits, International transmission of personal data.
