Emily Nordin is an associate in Hughes Hubbard & Reed's corporate department. Her experience includes working on transactions in finance, securities transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, she obtained a Ph.D. in transactional law at the University of Antwerp, Belgium. She was also awarded a Fulbright scholarship to pursue an LL.M. at Columbia Law School where she received a James Kent Scholarship for academic achievement.
