Federico Cuadra is a member of Hughes Hubbard & Reed's International Finance and Corporate practice. Federico advises clients on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity, and finance transactions as well as general corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard & Reed, Federico was an associate with Baker & McKenzie LLP in the Corporate & Securities group. At Harvard University, he was a Teaching Fellow for Professor Marshall Ganz. While at Northwestern, Federico represented the law school at the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition Midwest U.S. Super Regional, where he was named a “Top Oralist.”
