Giorgia Nagalli is an associate in Hughes Hubbard & Reed’s corporate department. Her practice focuses on cross-border public and private mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Giorgia was an international lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York City and an associate in the corporate department of a leading law firm in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where she represented companies in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
