Jaclyn M. Genchi is a litigation associate and a member of the Anti-Corruption & Internal Investigations practice group. She advises clients on international anti-corruption law, compliance, and third party due diligence, and she assists with anti-corruption investigations, pre-merger compliance due diligence, and anti-corruption risk assessments.
Jaclyn’s litigation experience includes representing clients in complex product liability litigation and securities fraud matters in state and federal courts. She has represented clients through all phases of litigation, including managing cases through fact investigation and discovery, expert witness preparation, settlement discussions, motion practice, and preparation for trial. She has served on two trial teams for complex product liability litigations.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, Jaclyn was an associate in the Litigation and Bankruptcy & Restructuring groups of an international law firm’s New York office.
