Jonathan Pail is an associate in Hughes Hubbard's Corporate group, where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate transactions involving US and non-US private and publicly traded companies.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Jonathan worked for three years in the corporate department of a leading law firm in Tel Aviv, Israel, where he represented technology companies and investors in venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and commercial matters.
