Khue V. Hoang is a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Practice group. A former semiconductor engineer, she has nearly 20 years of experience in high-stakes patent litigation, representing leading names in the fields of telecommunications, data storage, consumer electronics, and medical devices, including EMC, LGE, Motorola, RSA Security, and BioTelemetry. Ms. Hoang’s practice also includes trademark and copyright procurement and enforcement, and she routinely counsels clients on intellectual property issues affecting M&A, private equity, and complex business disputes.
