Madison Arent is a litigation associate in the New York office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed and a member of the firm’s Antitrust practice group. Madison assists domestic and international clients with matters involving U.S. Department of Justice merger clearance, white collar and regulatory defense, and international arbitration. She has experience in the media and natural resources industries. Madison is active in pro bono matters and has represented individuals in immigration and family law cases.
Before joining Hughes Hubbard, Madison served as a legal intern to the Honorable Beryl A. Howell of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. She also served on the California Law Review as a senior editor and executive committee member.
