Niki Khonkarova Helsing is an international specialist in Hughes Hubbard & Reed’s Paris office in the Litigation department and a member of the firm's Anti-Corruption and Internal Investigations practice group.
Niki assists clients with corporate compliance, including the implementation of anti-corruption compliance programs, and in particular matters involving the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the U.K. Bribery Act, the French Sapin II Law, the Swedish Penal Code and the Code on Gifts, Rewards and Other Benefits.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard & Reed, Niki was an associate at a law firm in Stockholm where she focused on public access to information and secrecy and privacy matters. Niki was also a legal counsel (pro bono) at Kids Empowerment, a legal executive officer at a law firm in Dublin and interned at a Franco-German law firm in Paris focusing on business law and GDPR Compliance.
