Ose O. Okoruwa is an associate in Hughes Hubbard's corporate department. His practice focuses on advising clients on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and general corporate matters.
His experience includes representing early and late stage startups in fundraisings in the United States and a multitude of international jurisdictions.
Ose is a graduate of New York University School of Law, where he served as Staff Editor of the NYU Journal of Law and Business. He was Co-President of the Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Society, and Social Chair of the Black Allied Law Students Association.
