Ricardo Falcon is an associate in Hughes Hubbard & Reed's Corporate department. His practice focuses on corporate transactions, including financings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other issues, with an emphasis on Latin America.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Ricardo served as in-house counsel for one of the biggest steel industry conglomerates in Latin America. In this capacity, he served in Venezuela and Colombia and had responsibility for long-term agreements for the procurement of raw materials and services, and negotiated the supply of oil well goods and services and related joint ventures for the provision of turn-key solutions for the energy industry in Central America, South America and the Caribbean. He was also involved in other corporate and regulatory matters, including project finance transactions for the steel and energy sectors.
