Ryan Y. Kim is a litigation associate in Hughes Hubbard & Reed's New York office and is a member of the firm's International & Domestic Arbitration, White-Collar Crime & Corporate Compliance, and Product Liability & Toxic Torts groups.
Ryan has substantial trial experience in complex civil litigation and arbitration cases, having already worked on six different trial teams and having drafted briefs on a wide range of legal issues.
Ryan maintains an active pro bono practice, which has included civil rights litigation, post-conviction investigations and litigation, and asylum and immigration cases. He also participated in the New York City Law Department's Deposition Program, taking and defending numerous depositions on behalf of the city.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Ryan served as an intern for the United States attorney's office for the Eastern District of New York, as well as for the New York County district attorney's office in the Major Economic Crimes Bureau.
