Shaun Haines is an associate in the Miami office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. His practice focuses on finance and corporate transactions, including structured finance transactions, cross-border aircraft lending/leasing, mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, and general corporate and commercial matters, in all cases with a focus on Latin America.
