The DigitalHHR team appeared on several panels at the DCM East conference in New York, a three-day gathering of more than 300 senior executives in the film, TV, sports, publishing, music, news and gaming industries focusing on strategies to build sustainable business and technology models to enable multi-platform delivery and monetization of digital content.

  • On Thursday, June 21, Dan will first moderate a panel entitled "Creating a Compelling Customer Proposition Across Multiple Platforms."  Participating in the discussion will be representatives from A&E Networks, Discovery Communications, Elastic Path and EPIX.  Later in the day, Dan was part of a panel discussion, along with executives from CBS Interactive/Gamespot, Electronic Arts, Maker Studios and YouTube entitled "Discover How Third Party Companies are Using 'Traditional' Streaming Companies to Turn Their Brand into Money."
  • Matt Syrkin moderated a panel with representatives from Magid Advisors, Playfirst and Weeworld on the growing use of microtransactions during the pre-conference Gaming Summit, also held on June 19.
