May 26, 2021 – Matthew Syrkin, global chair of the firm's Media, Technology and Commercial Transactions Group, has been named by The Hollywood Reporter to its 2021 Power Lawyers list.

The Hollywood Reporter’s 15th annual list honors and profiles the most influential lawyers in the media and entertainment industry.

He recently represented Roku, the market share leader in OTT streaming, in its ad tech acquisition and OTT TV-based partnership with Nielsen. He also repped WarnerMedia in a range of deals, subscriber pacts and strategy for the upcoming overseas launch of HBO Max overseas and advised MSG in deals for the development of next generation film/TV technologies to be deployed at arenas and enhanced entertainment venues.
