Sept. 5, 2017 - Alexandra Poe, a partner and leader in our Private Funds practice, has been recognized by Profiles in Diversity Journal in its 2017 "Women Worth Watching" series, which profiles women leaders who are advancing diversity, pushing boundaries and propelling others to success.

Nominated by their employers, colleagues, peers and mentors, the honorees represent executives from across the nonprofit, manufacturing, higher education, health care, legal, professional and government sectors who standout for their accomplishments, contributions and have broken ground in their profession.

On receiving her award, Poe said, "Diversity and Inclusion are signifiers of individuals seeking a path to equal respect, visibility, opportunity and full personhood for every kind of person in our workplace and our communities... We are all in this together. All kinds of people are everywhere – they are our co-workers, our clients and our family members. Leadership is the last thing to change, but it will change to reflect the society that gave rise to it. And there are opportunities for businesses that get it and adapt."

Alexandra has over 25 years of experience in investment management practice, representing investment advisers and institutional investors. Alexandra also represents government contractors in compliance matters.
