June 22, 2018 — Tony Andriotis, counsel in the firm's Tokyo office, has been appointed to a three-year term on the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board's (KCAB) Panel of International Arbitrators, effective June 1.
 
As the independent arbitration division of the KCAB, KCAB International focuses exclusively on the resolution of international disputes.
 
Founded in 1966, the KCAB is an internationally recognized arbitration board with offices in Seoul and Pusan. It is dedicated to the prevention of commercial disputes through consultation and to the settlement of commercial disputes under its rules.
