January 8, 2018 – Ned Bassen, Margot Warhit, and Nathan Cole co-authored the USA chapter of Global Legal Insights to: Employment & Labour Law 2018, a book published in January by Global Legal Group Ltd, London.

In their chapter, the authors examine the most significant developments in labor and employment law in the United States in 2017, including states' enactment of laws banning employer inquiries into applicant salary history, EEOC’s sex-based pay discrimination lawsuits, predictable scheduling laws across the nation, the Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016, and sexual orientation discrimination.
