Mathilde Lécaillon is an associate in Hughes Hubbard’s Paris office and a member of the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity practice group.
Mathilde assists clients with privacy & cybersecurity issues related to their group anti-corruption, whistleblowing, policies, internal investigations, sanctions & trade control manuals. Mathilde is also assisting life sciences, telecom, banking & financial services companies in matters relating to digital technologies, digital infrastructures and artificial intelligence.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Mathilde interned at Baker McKenzie TMT & CMS IP/IT teams in Paris, where she assisted clients with matters relating to Data Protection (DPIAs, right of access requests, records of processing),Trademarks (clearance searches, audits, registrations) as well as Contract, Consumer and Commercial Laws. She also interned in the legal department of multinational energy and technology companies, where she worked on various matters such as B2B contracts’ negotiations for software licenses, whistleblowing policies and the US Export Administration Regulations.
Mathilde is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and NYSBA.
