Ornella Pazienza is an associate in Hughes Hubbard’s Labor & Employment practice in Paris.
She advises French and foreign clients on their labor issues relating to individual and collective employment relationships in both litigation and non-litigation matters.
Her practice involves the drafting of employment documentation (from the hiring to the termination of the employment contract), amicable resolution of dispute, collective bargaining and relations with employee’s representative bodies.
Ornella
also assists clients on litigations matters before the Courts.
In addition, she developed an expertise in labor compliance and international labor issues. She notably wrote a memorandum regarding the status of posted workers in the European Union.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard & Reed, Ornella was an attorney focused in Employment law at an international law firm.
