Ralph Moughanie
is an associate in Hughes Hubbard’s Paris office. He joined the Litigation and White Collar
& Regulatory Defense practice groups in March 2020.
Ralph’s practice
focuses on cross-border litigation, white-collar crime and dispute resolution
(in both commercial and criminal fields) as well as national and international
multi-jurisdictional issues.
He defends
clients involved in proceedings opened by the U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ),
the French Parquet national financier (PNF) and / or Autorité de contrôle
prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR).
Ralph represents
high profile individuals, public figures and companies before criminal and
commercial courts, arbitration tribunals and during mediation processes. He is also registered on the public defenders list in Paris.
Prior to joining
Hughes Hubbard, Ralph was an associate at the litigation firm Boken in
Paris.
Ralph is a board member
of the “Berkeley Global Society” and a member of the “Cercle France-Amériques”.
Ralph teaches constitutional law at Sciences Po Paris, international section.
