Hughes Hubbard & Reed Announces the Appointment Of Sébastien Bonnard as the New Managing Partner of Its Paris Office

Paris and New York, September 7, 2023 - Hughes Hubbard & Reed is pleased to announce the appointment of Sébastien Bonnard as Managing Partner of its Paris office. As a partner since September 2022, he heads the International Arbitration practice for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He succeeds Bryan Sillaman, who, after 5 years in the role, will continue to support the firm's clients with the Anti-Corruption & Internal Investigations team.

An experienced International Arbitration attorney, Sébastien has served as counsel for private and public operators, and as arbitrator in numerous arbitration proceedings, both institutional (ICC, ICSID, ADCCAC, LCIA, LMAA, etc.), and ad hoc. He also represents his clients in post-arbitral disputes (annulment and enforcement of awards). Sébastien’s practice extends to litigation of commercial disputes, liability and industrial risk and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
