New York, April 29, 2013 — Hughes Hubbard & Reed announced today that the firm represented Cablevision Systems Corporation in its sale of substantially all of the Clearview Cinemas theatres to Bow Tie Cinemas. The sale includes 41 Clearview Cinemas theaters and a total of 177 screens. Cablevision will continue to own New York City’s Ziegfeld Theatre, but Bow Tie Cinemas will manage it on Cablevision’s behalf.
