Hughes Hubbard represented the Kingdom of the Netherlands in a 15-year lease for new office space that, for the first time, combines that nation’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations with its consulate general’s office. The new offices are located on two full floors in Tishman Speyer’s 666 Third Avenue, also known as the Chrysler Building East.

The deal originally involved three parties—Tishman Speyer, Crédit Agricole and the Netherlands—but was restructured by Hughes Hubbard to permit a direct transaction with Tishman Speyer alone. Sam Sultanik worked on the deal.
