October 19, 2021 – For the sixth consecutive year, Amy G. Dulin has been selected for inclusion in Latinvex’s “Latin America’s Top 100 Female Lawyers.”

The list, published on Oct. 14, ranked Dulin in the following categories: banking & finance; corporate/M&A; and project finance. Dulin was also ranked, along with Freddie Goudie and Luis O’Naghten, in Latinvex’s “Latin America’s Top 100 Lawyers 2020” list, published in June.

For the “Top Female Lawyers” list, Latinvex featured Dulin in a profile that cites Chambers Latin American 2022, which singles out her work on Latin America-wide banking and finance matters.

“Outstanding practitioner Amy Dulin is deeply respected by clients and peers alike for her contributions to the Latin American finance field,” Chambers noted.

The profile also highlighted three recent key projects Dulin played a major role in: advising a syndicate of 18 banks in connection with a $3.25 billion revolving credit and letter of credit facility for Brazilian oil giant Petrobras; assisting the administrative agent and joint lead arrangers in a $3 billion revolving credit facility for Brazilian mining giant Vale; and representing the join lead arrangers and joint lead bookrunners in connection with two syndicated revolving credit facilities totalling $700 million for Brazilian companies Votorantim S.A. and Votorantim Cimentos S.A.

Latinvex bases its selection criteria on a combination of factors, including recent track record on major deals and business, prominent of the firm in Latin America and rankings by third parties, such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and Thomson Reuters.
