On June 26, 2019, Michael Traube co-led a panel during a PLI (Practising Law Institute) program entitled “Acquiring or Selling the Privately Held Company.”
The panel, “Ethics in Negotiating and Documenting Private Transactions,” focused on ethical responsibilities and best practices associated with private transactions, including understanding and addressing recurring conflicts of interest, candor in negotiations, disclosure of information and communication practices during a deal.  He was joined by Linklaters’ lawyer Ellen L.
