September 2020 – Patrice Jean has been recognized in the 2020 edition of "Women Worth Watching" by Profiles in Diversity Journal, a publication dedicated to promoting and advancing diversity and inclusion in the workforce.

In her profile, “Listening, Learning, and Leading Through a Crisis,” Jean discusses how the pandemic is a reminder that leaders must be adaptable and draw from all of their past experiences to be effective.

“The current pandemic has influenced my leadership style by reminding me how important it is to remember that everything I have experienced in my life is just practice and preparation for the next challenge or the next crisis,” she said.

Launched in 2002, the “Women Worth Watching” program aims to recognize the change makers and leaders who have recorded outstanding achievements throughout their careers. Award recipients are selected following nominations made by their employers, colleagues, peers and mentors.
