June 2021 - Remy Gerbay co-authored a blog post for the Kluwer Arbitration Blog (with Simon Batifort and Belén Ibañez of Curtis Mallet. The post summarizes the key take-aways from a panel discussion organized by the American Society of International Law’s dispute resolution group in June 2021. The panel, titled “Psychology in Oral Advocacy: Using Science to Persuade International Tribunals,” featured Doak Bishop, Ula Cartwright-Finch, Jennifer K.
