Feb. 23, 2026 – Sabrina Silverberg has been named co-chair of the Digital Entertainment, Television and Radio Committee of the New York State Bar Association.

The digital entertainment, TV and radio committee is part of the entertainment, art and sports law section, and focuses on the legal framework supporting programming for television, radio and especially digital media.

Members of the committee work across law firm and in-house settings, and their practices touch on key areas of entertainment and media law, including production, finance and distribution matters; contract negotiation; copyright, trademark, technology, privacy, publicity and defamation law; First Amendment law; and legal ethics.

Sabrina serves as the co-chair of the firm’s Sports, Media & Entertainment practice group. Since joining Hughes Hubbard in early 2023, Sabrina has advised on significant deals related to esports, cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence and other cutting-edge aspects of media, entertainment and technology. She has represented industry leaders such as The Madison Square Garden Company, Advance Publications, Inc., AMC Networks and Gemini Trust Company.
