Guillaume Roche is an associate in Hughes Hubbard & Reed's Paris office and a member of the firm's Anti-Corruption & Internal Investigations practice group.
Guillaume assists clients with matters involving the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the U.K. Bribery Act, and the French Sapin II Law, including the performance of compliance reviews, internal investigations, and the implementation of anti-corruption compliance programs. He has developed a particular expertise on anti-corruption compliance audits performed by the French anti-corruption agency (AFA).
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard & Reed as an associate, Guillaume was an attorney at a boutique law firm focusing on cross-border matters, including anti-corruption compliance, and was a compliance officer of an international company specializing in renewable energy. He also completed internships in several international law firms, including at Hughes Hubbard & Reed as a trainee lawyer.
